Voice Process Executive / Customer Support - Health Care Services Work from Home

We are seeking a skilled Voice Process Executive/Customer Support representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to health care services, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries related to health care services in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide customers with accurate information related to health care services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints related to health care services to the customer's satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions related to health care services and maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations and performance metrics related to health care services
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures related to health care services

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, preferably in the healthcare industry

Salary 10 to 12k Per Month
