Description
Reaching site on time, should be available in case of emergency- Receive plans for the day from site Engineer and ensure same is been executed.
- Maintain Daily Reports
- Daily Curing of RCC Members
- Maintain Stock register (eg. Cement etc)
- Maintain Petty cash
- Checking of columns / slabs (making a checklist for slab)
- Checking plum line level
- Coordinating with project Architect, PMC, MEP & contractors
- Making Daily, weekly, fortnight & monthly plans
- Making bar chart and per chart
- Taking every 50 cubic meter or less cube of concrete and sending it for checking on it's due time
- Study the drawings and report mistakes to RCC consultant, Architect & MEP.
- Polite in communication with Architect, RCC consultants, MEP, BMC & Mhada Officers.
- AutoCAD 3D & 2D drawing, building layouts
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
