Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team.

As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP HCM Payroll module to meet the payroll processing needs of our organization.

Your expertise in SAP HCM Payroll combined with your knowledge of payroll processes and regulations will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory compliance.


Configure and customize the SAP HCM Payroll module to meet specific payroll requirements, including wage types, payroll schemas, rules, and calculations.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP modules and external systems, such as time management, benefits, and financial accounting.

Perform payroll data validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data inputs.

Develop and execute test plans, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting payroll-related issues, and resolving any payroll discrepancies.

Monitor and analyze payroll processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance in payroll processing.


Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other HR processes, such as benefits administration, time management, and general ledger accounting.

Provide training to end-users on SAP HCM Payroll processes and functionalities.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP HCM Payroll module.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM Payroll, including wage types, payroll schemas, rules, and calculations.

Experience with payroll implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and support.


Solid understanding of integration points between SAP HCM Payroll and other SAP modules, such as time management and benefits administration.

Familiarity with payroll tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.

Ability to analyze complex payroll requirements and provide innovative solutions.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SAP HCM Payroll certification is a plus.


Salary:
Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
