Position Overview:
The MIS Executive for Retail Sales plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to
support the retail sales operations. This role involves collecting, processing, and presenting
data related to sales performance, customer trends, and operational efficiency. The MIS
Executive contributes to informed decision-making processes by providing accurate and
insightful reports and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Management:
- Collect and compile sales data from various retail channels, including instore and
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data by reconciling discrepancies.
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, bestselling products, and customer
- Prepare regular and adhoc reports on sales performance for different product
- Customer Insights:
- Analyze customer data to identify purchasing paKerns, demographics, and
- Provide recommendations based on customer insights to enhance the customer
- Operational Efficiency:
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to identify areas for operational
- Provide datadriven insights to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create visually appealing and easytounderstand dashboards and reports using
- Present data and analysis to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise
- Data Integrity and Security:
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data collected and managed.
- Implement measures to protect sensitive customer and business information.
- Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities to automate roune data collection and reporting processes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide data support for
- Assist in generating insights that drive strategic decisions across departments

Pay:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
