RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide enduser support for internal case management and case triage. Provide support with data integrity and stewardship.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools including and not limited to Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, custom Microsoft based reporting solutions, Excel etc. to streamline report generation, enable business insights and decisions as well as data quality and gaps.
  • Incorporate scalable processes with consistent and standardized views
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Salesforce experience in supporting sales organizations
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, data structure and reporting functions
  • Strong development skills in visualization tools including Einstein Analytics and Tableau
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability and patience to translate technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
  • Excellent problemsolving and triage skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to see themes, identify root cause of issues and prepare communications and job aids to close gaps
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, adapt rapidly to organizational needs and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook & Excel
  • Experience with Sales Processes, Contracting, CPQ, and/or CONGA/Apttus required
  • Salesforce Case Management experience
  • Salesforce admin or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven success working in a virtual environment
