JOB PROFILE:
Client Servicing, Sales, Client negotiation, Event Management, Vendor Arrangement, Vendor Negotiation, Operations, Productions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Client Servicing
  • Finalizing décor and management with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.
  • Décor and event Coordination with Staff
  • Décor Costing Management
  • Vendor Negotiation and Finalization
  • Artist Coordination
  • Event Execution
  • Single handed handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.
  • Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.
  • Price negotiations.
  • Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.
  • Venue Management.
  • Crisis Management.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
