Description

Inspection and Testing:
Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. This may involve visual inspections, measurements, and the use of various testing equipment and tools.

Compliance Verification:
Ensure that products adhere to industry regulations, company standards, and customer specifications. Verify that all quality-related documentation, such as certificates of compliance, is accurate and complete.

Defect Identification:
Identify defects, non-conformances, and deviations from quality standards. Document and report findings to the relevant departments for corrective action.

Root Cause Analysis:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate the root causes of quality issues and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Process Improvement:
Suggest process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Calibration and Maintenance:
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.

Quality Assurance Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality-related data in compliance with company protocols and quality management systems.

Sample Selection:
Select random samples for inspection and testing from production batches to ensure representative assessments of product quality.

Communication:
Communicate with production teams and other relevant stakeholders regarding quality standards, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Training:
Assist in training production operators and other staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
