- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory replenishment, transportation, and storage activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Proper Audit/stock take and Shrinkage reduction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Diploma/Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
- Experience Required: 2-6 years in warehousing and distribution out of which 1 to 3 years should be in Demand and Supply planning
- Experience in preparing Monthly reports/trend analysis
- Problem Solving and innovation
- Ability to lead and drive safety culture in the organization.
- Efficient communication and writing skills including preparing MIS.
