SDR:
Job Title - Sales Development Representative (Work From Home) Reports To - Team Leader - Futwork Team Skills Required - TeleCaller / Outbound Calling / Sales TeleCalling / Sales Company Domain - Insurance (Mediclaim) Roles and Responsibilities

  • Call our potential customers and engage with them
  • Post Engagement, pitch the products (Mediclaim Policies) and close the end to end sale
  • Respond quickly to assigned leads
  • Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company Input Metrics/Daily Target
  • 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
  • Deliver 5.5 hours of total talk time & a minimum of 4 hours of connected talktime on a daily basis
  • Achieving Sales Targets on a month on month basis Requirements
  • Any Graduate / PostGraduate
  • Proven experience of atleast 6 months in Outbound Calling, TeleSales (Previous experience in Insurance
  • Mediclaim Policies is an added advantage)
  • Proficient in English and Hindi / Negotiation, Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and resultsoriented
  • Multidisciplinary, continuous learning mindset
  • Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
  • Immediate Joiners
  • Have android smartphone along with good wifi connectivity
Salary

  • Fixed: INR 15,000/ per month
  • Variable: 1% of Total Sales as Incentives

Salary:
₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
