Look no further We're currently seeking a motivated and creative individual to join Kounsel's Graduate Internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns—all while working remotely from any location

    Graduate Program Details
    • Position: Graduate Internship
    • Location: Remote
    • Duration: 6 months
    • Compensation: Paid
    • Work Hours: USA Business Hours. Timezone: EST, PST, CST or MST
    Responsibilities
    • Assist the team in managing social media campaigns, working on benchmark studies and various marketing projects, collateral updates, and helping with the day-to-day running of the department.
    • Content creation for social media platforms, email marketing, digital advertisement, SEO/SEM.
    • Help in developing the key messages, and brand stories, preparing campaign reports and proposals.
    • Support digital marketing and sales teams by defining and measuring results vs. goals and providing channel and/or campaign-specific recommendations and optimizations to maximize investment.
    • Support team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate the new developments to users.
    • Assist in developing client and executive narratives and presentations, case studies, and content designed to accelerate the business momentum to better engage Kounsel's customers and agency partners.
    • Manage relationship with data analytics for accuracy and relevancy, partner with IT, map the future of digital marketing analytics, ensuring alignment with internal systems and security protocols.
    • Projects based on interests: opportunities to prepare release materials, draft communications, design slides, edit videos, build and send marketing emails, conduct research, and participate in brainstorming and strategic meetings.
    • Support team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate the new developments to users.
    Requirements
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
    • Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Familiarity and interest in any of the specialty areas (internship, projects, employment):
      • Social Media Marketing
      • Email Marketing

      • Brand Management
      • Product Marketing
    • Ability to understand business objectives and be willing to build effective strategies to meet business needs.
    • Ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
    • Familiarity with the technology industry, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric attitude, and ability to work entrepreneurially on a small team.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop and understand strategy.
    • Excellent project management and English communication skills.
    General Requirements
    • Completed Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program.
    • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
    • Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).

    Requirements
