    Are you passionate about providing exceptional hospitality experiences? Svenska Design Hotel in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greeting guests warmly and responding to their queries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
    • Ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene by changing bed linen, making beds, and replacing used towels and bathroom amenities.
    • Maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms by sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and dusting and polishing furniture.
    • Taking care of public areas, such as corridors, and maintaining their cleanliness.
    • Restocking minibars with beverages and food items to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate departments.
    • Keeping track of guest room status and updating the assignment sheet accordingly.
    • Efficiently returning and restocking the cleaning cart at the end of each shift.
