Description

• Efficiently handle PAN registrations, DSC registrations, ticket bookings, insurance transactions, and other financial services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements (Trainings will be provided)
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new franchisees, including coordinating training sessions, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance to franchisees regarding onboarding procedures, transaction processing, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to PAN registrations, DSC registrations, ticket bookings, insurance transactions, and franchisee onboarding activities.
• Analyze operational data related to franchisee performance, transaction volumes, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations related to PAN registrations, DSC registrations, ticket bookings, insurance transactions, and franchisee onboarding processes, and implement best practices to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular communication with franchisees to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues they may have.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with franchisees and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
