    Description

    As a Security Guard at Celebrity Resort, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and property. We are seeking a highly reliable and observant individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the premises, controlling access to the property, and responding to any security incidents or emergencies. The ideal candidate should have previous security experience, be physically fit, and possess a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.     Responsibilities

    • Monitor and patrol the premises on foot or by vehicle
    • Enforce property rules and regulations
    • Control access to the property and check identification of individuals
    • Deter and detect any suspicious activities or behavior
    • Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
    • Provide assistance and guidance to guests and employees
    • Write detailed incident reports and maintain a log of activities
    • Coordinate with local authorities if necessary
    • Complete regular security checks of the property
    • Follow all company policies and procedures
    • Ensure the safety and security of all individuals and property

    Requirements

    • Previous security experience is required
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong observational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and responsibly
    • Physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
    • Valid security guard license or certification
    • Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols
    • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
