Key Responsibilities include:

Experiance in managing internal/statutory audits.
Preparation of Financial Statements and review of trial balance thereby ensuring completeness and compliance with IGAAP/IND AS.
Collaborate and Coordinating with the statutory auditors and the group auditors for the purpose of concluding smooth year end audits with clean report.
Good Understanding of Income tax and GST, Experience of managing tax litigations with authorities. Sound Understanding of Companies act and related compliances.
Very Good Analytical skills
