About the Role:

The GDM sales operations team is looking for a Territory Ops Associate to support our growing sales team.

The Territories team enables sales leaders to focus more on coaching their teams as they drive to capture Gartner's immense market opportunity.

Our colleagues in India partner closely with U.S.

team members across Sales Operations provide essential analytical and operational support for Sales leaders on Account Alignments and Territory Planning.

The India team's ability to continually innovate, automate and enhance its services is core to GDM Sales Ops' ability to meet the increasing needs of the business.

Given the rapid growth of the company, we have our extensive investment in Gurgaon, and are in need for high-caliber problem-solvers.


What you will do:


  • Review, sort, manage, and action requests/tasks through mailboxes and other internal platforms with desired productivity
  • Organize & maintain SOPs related to account moves process, mailbox management, and new hire intake
  • Prepare repeatable productivity reports on account moves for internal stakeholder consumption
  • Partner with colleagues to continuously seek and learn new ways to solve problems; relentlessly drive to expand and increase the value of our services to Sales Leaders
  • Support the Territories team and Sales Leaders account alignments process execution
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and redundancies, and working with appropriate resources to update databases
  • Improve processes by identifying gaps and suggesting ideas to solve problems
  • Leverage Anaplan tool to facilitate account moves, track status, and report completion to Sales Leaders

What you will need:


  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's or Graduate in any discipline (Preferably STEM)
years in Operations and Service delivery

  • Owns the service and is seen as trusted business advisor by stakeholders
  • Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance and drive
  • Coachable demeanor, always looking to further develop oneself
  • Embraces feedback and best practices as a means of continuous improvement
  • Humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges

Skills:


  • Strong excel knowledge including complex formulas (e.g., xlookup, hlookup, index match, and text functions, as well as light VBA/Macro exposure)
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time
  • Able to demonstrate an organized and sensible method for completing tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction
  • Able to problem solve and successfully manage ambiguity along with unexpected changes
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in teams
