Services Renewal Representative - Noida, India - Oracle
Description
Works collaboratively with Field Sales Representatives, Delivery Team, Solution Manager, and Commercial Manager to retain and maintain revenue of the existing Managed Cloud Services customers in APAC.
Assisting in growing the MCS business is another key area to focus on. Manages sales through forecasting, account strategy, and planning. Develop a sales proposal encompassing all aspects of the managed service support solution. Participates in regular service delivery calls and sales presentation meetings with customers. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale on time.Proactively involved in internal contractual process for approvals, contract generation, and booking no matter if it is a renewal or upsell deal.

- Business Administration degree or related discipline. Knowledge of the Information technology market is an advantage.
- Selfmotivated, able to work independently under pressure, multitasking, and energetic
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a cando attitude, and willing to work as a Team.
- Open to learning and understanding the complicated sales processes, product services, and competitive environment.
- Good interpersonal skills in Proficient English.
- Open to travel around 20%.
