The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs for various marketing and branding materials within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Conceptualize and develop creative graphic designs, layouts, and visual elements for print and digital media, including packaging, advertisements, brochures, product labels, social media content, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to effectively translate concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards, brand consistency, and legal requirements specific to the FMCG sector in India.
• Create and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in design production.
• Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design quality and effectiveness.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to generate innovative design concepts that align with the target audience and market trends.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of print materials.
• Conduct quality checks on final designs to ensure accuracy, adherence to specifications, and brand guidelines.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the FMCG industry or related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Knowledge of print production processes, pre-press requirements, and file preparation for various mediums.
• Excellent creativity and the ability to think conceptually, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Indian FMCG market, consumer behavior, and industry-specific design trends.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality graphic design work.
