Job Description for Social Media Manager


We are looking for an experienced social media manager who will be responsible for market research and provide insights about trends.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals, increases our online presence, and boosts audience engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging, highquality content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and creating video content.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner to foster a strong community.
  • Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media activities using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our social media strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand our brand's reach and credibility.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor and manage any negative social media situations effectively, ensuring the company's reputation is maintained.

Job requirements

  • 0 to 1 year of work experience as a Social media manager
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channel
Work from office only
Job Location

  • Phase 8B, Mohali.

Pay:
₹7, ₹20,000.00 per month
