Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Female) to be a part of our sales team, and manage the experience store located in Kadapara.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Manage strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the store and achieve overall business goals.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively at store.
Create and implement sales promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Must be a good team player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in English, Malayalam & Hindi languages.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
Any Bachelor's degree / +2.

Working Conditions:

The Sales Executive will work full-time at our experience store/office and may be required to work weekends and holidays if required.

The Sales Executive will be expected to dress professionally and adhere to the company's dress code policy.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
