    Description
    IT Manager The candidate will be responsible and accountable for an IT team of four or more team members to supervise the handling of inbound support requests from Alliance Retail stores, Corporate offices, and outside sales team. The IT Manager will be working the majority of the time at our Troy, MI office but may require traveling to our current and future stores from time to time. General Duties Include:
    • Lead all functions of the IT department
    • Manage information technology and computer systems
    • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and Networking Solutions
    • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
    • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
    • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
    • Identify problematic area and implement strategic solutions in time
    • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
    • Manage annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
    • VOIP system, IT Ticketing system, and various Microsoft software management
    • New location IT management, planning, and organization
    This does not include ALL responsibilities; this is just a simple breakdown. Duties can be changed at any given time. Job Requirements and experience:
    • Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Efficient with Windows operating systems
    • Experience with network cabling and low voltage
    • Hardware maintenance
    • Schedule: 40-45 hours a week Monday-Friday, with flexibility on weekend coverage
    • Must be able to sit and work on a computer for 8+ plus hours a day
    • College degree in IT or 5+ years IT experience
    • Effective project management skills
    • Strong customer relationship and people skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines, accurately, in a timely manner
    • Organized, able to pay attention to detail, and proper time management
    • Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
    • Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
    Compensation Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience Benefits: Corporate level Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, and Life Insurance 401k: Eligible to enroll after 90 days with Alliance Mobile with a company match PTO: Eligible for PTO accrued at the Corporate Benefit level
