Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
- Build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship to enhance their overall experience.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and accurately identify the root cause of issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to higherlevel support or relevant departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
