International Customer Care Executive - Gurgaon, India - Outsourcing hemocean
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish longlasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally with the clients.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints& communicating with customers through various channels. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/ tools within the timeframes.
- Create Case log for customer's enquiries / complaints
- Determine cause of the problem
- Explain best solution to solve the problem
- Expedite correction or adjustment
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Proactive customer outreach and may include offering support before customers ask for help.
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate internal teams.
- Communicate supply issues to partners and help to drive alternative customer solutions.
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and effective communication process with internal business partners.
- Proficient in SAP, read &decipher purchase orders and able to create order fulfillment report based on credit approval and quality approved stock.
- Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities
- Tracking important metrics is the key to fulfillment process improvement.
- Gather and analyse data to identify issues in order fulfillment.
- Working alongside 3PLs to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Able to manage multiple stock reports for order fulfillment.
- Tracking inventory levels to prevent stockouts and/or deadstock
- Providing databacked and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment
- Coordinate with quality team to get approved stock for dispatches.
- Coordinate with planning team for inventory availability to fulfill the orders.
- Incase of nonavailability of inventory then information is shared with respective partners& customer.
- Handling order cancellations, product returns, or exchanges
- Coordinate with logistics team for deliveries to customer and follow through with products reaching their final destination.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status
- Ensure effective collaboration with sales,planning, order management, logistics &warehouse departments to enable optimization of order fulfillment and meeting OTIF.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Independent, good interpersonal and businesslevel communication skills (oral and written)
- Attentive, multitasking capabilities, detailoriented
- Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
- Eager to learn and come with solutions for the problem.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹350, ₹700,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
