Design safety training programs for employees, ensure response to all specific requirements, maintain knowledge of all company safety programs and draft all materials for training programs within the required timeframe.
Prepare all HSE training program according to required regulations, prepare a schedule of all training programs and ensure all employees receive appropriate training and participate in various committee meetings for the site.
Administer all worker compensation cases for employees, maintain safety regulations in compliance with all local departments, and inspect all fire protection equipment to ensure proper working.
To review or update EHS policies.Conduct or participate in OH&S and other safety audits, and follow up with concern until the closure of audit observations.
To track safety document-controlled procedures and to review and update timelyCoordinate with customers for safety initiatives, safety tickets, and observations.
Supervise the management of all hazardous waste, maintain records of the same, and ensure compliance with all HSE programmes, rules, and regulations.
To handle team of Site Safety Officers and Fire MarshalsProvide support for the execution of all India operation emergency response plans, manage all emergency situations, design solutions to all issues, design required business tools, and execute all HSE procedures and policies.
Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid incidents and implement health and safety hazards.Monitor all conservation and protection programs.
Manage communication strategies, prepare required newsletters, design and implement efficient site safety training programs and perform investigations to eliminate all issues.
Participate in all site safety committees, analyse all job hazard activities, ensure compliance with all OSHA guidelines, and perform audits on all activities.
Design, planning and safety requirements for the projectTo prepare and follow OH&S checklists and to train the onsite team to maintain them.
Active monitoring of Contractors and subcontractors for compliance of company's safety policies and procedures
To prepare the OH&S annual calendar.
To conduct frequent internal audits.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any specialisation.
Technical Qualification:
ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH/or any other EHS course; the duration of the course shall not be less than 6 months.
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience and a minimum of 2 years in green field projects
