Major Duties and Responsibilities:

To Counsel the students who walk in for the enquiry of the course (Training will be provided for this). No fieldwork is required.

Calling the leads - customers who are interested in the Digital Marketing course.

Follow up with students regarding their visit to the center and arranging demo classes for them if required.

Coordinate with trainers to frame the batch calendar and flow of classes.

Responsible for the student enrollment process which includes fee collection in the form of cash/cheque/online transfer and collection of proofs.

Keep the students updated about the day-to-day classes to be conducted.

Maintaining day-to-day reports as required.

Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge required:
