Executive-Customer Support:


  • Key Responsibilities
Outbound calls to address the parents needs, complaints, or other issues regarding Admission process, Fee collection process.

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions
  • Engage in active listening confirming or clarifying information
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Desired Experience & skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries and concerns
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
