- Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions
- Engage in active listening confirming or clarifying information
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
- Desired Experience & skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries and concerns
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
