Responsibilities:


  • Generate and Manage leads, Pipeline creation, Sales and Demonstration of Product.
  • Overall end-to-end sales.
  • Lead Generation via Trade Associations, Exhibitions, Customer Reference, Websites, CRM, LinkedIn, etc. Identify Prospects, right contacts, profiling based on criteria, decision-makers for products of your team.
  • Build and manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Conference Calls, Demo to Prospects, Send Minutes
  • Do Value Selling
  • Conduct product demos with decision-makers over the phone mostly or local visits (if needed).
  • Follow up & Close
  • Database management, Log Calls and Data in CRM, Excel sheets etc.
  • Follow Telecom news and stay updated on Innovations, Technologies, Maintain a yearly calendar of exhibitions.
  • Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs and report daily, weekly and monthly as required by seniors or HOD
  • Mentor other people and build a robust team

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹58,544.45 per month
