Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales and Admin Coordinator to support our sales and administrative operations.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales department and office administration.

As a coordinator, you will collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales activities, such as lead generation, followups, and customer communication.
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and data, utilizing our company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales reports and analytics to help identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless office operations and improve workflow processes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in an administrative role for 35 years.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
