Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of introducing our HR recruitment services and building a strong business relationship.

Clearly and effectively explain the value proposition of our recruitment solutions and how they can benefit the client's hiring needs.

Understand client requirements and tailor the conversation to highlight the specific services that align with their needs.

Engage in consultative selling by actively listening to clients, addressing their queries, and providing appropriate solutions.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services, pricing models, and competitive advantages to articulate effectively during client interactions.

Generate leads, maintain a database of potential clients, and track all interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to ensure timely conversion and closure.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide insights during client interactions.

Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance selling skills.

Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for process improvements.


Pay:
₹15, ₹56,036.49 per month
