Your New Role

This role will be offered on a shift pattern of 3pm - 11pm due to supporting teams in different time zones.

Your Role Accountabilities

Managing all logistics for interviews, including identity checking on video calls where appropriate.
Scheduling and supporting assessment centres for high volume recruitment, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
Supporting on operational projects & assisting the Talent Acquisition team with requests.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience either in an administrative role ideally in an HR/TA team.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills to support with relationship building across the business
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment going through organizational changes
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
