Description

• Lead work with customers to understand their business requirements and then define and document project requirements for the solution.
• Work closely with other teams such as developers, testers, and analysts to define, document, and execute on clear project plans.
• Create, manage and maintain project schedules including resource allocation, dependencies and milestones. Ensure that all tasks are managed effectively in order to meet deadlines while being mindful of risk management.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on quality assurance metrics such as defects per release cycle or user satisfaction surveys. Integrate this data into strategic decision making processes so that quality improvements can be made quickly without having to resolve issues that have been identified previously by other teams through regression testing or customer satisfaction surveys (if applicable).
• Liaise with vendors when projects require specialized technical skills or expertise not available internally (e.g., integration partners). Ensure that communication between internal teams is effective by ensuring timely updates are communicated throughout all project
