    Description
    Key Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Work on Profit & Loss account and responsible for monthly management accounting for portfolio brands.
    • Analyze monthly profit performance and conduct variance analysis against budget.
    • Prepare PnL forecasts, variance analysis, and commentary reports.
    • Manage working capital for assigned brands or categories.
    • Partner with leadership to develop business plans and initiatives for supply chain efficiencies.
    • Assist in budget preparation, AOP forecasts, and business review decks.
    • Prepare planned/ad hoc reports as required by business teams.
    • Work with Tech function on automating manual reporting processes.
    • Drive special projects such as diligence during fund raise and cost optimization projects.
    Skills & Requirements:
    • CA with 4 to 6 years of experience.
    • Prior experience in E-commerce, preferably in Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care brands.
    • Excellent communication skills for cross-department discussions.
    • Analytical and inferencing ability.
    • Good knowledge of e-commerce performance parameters, general economy, market trends, and financial statements.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and treasury.
