Role & responsibilities
- Excellent English Communication Skills needed.
- Handling customer complaints also providing them with solutions, upselling, also to retain customers.
- Ability to take Inbound calls.
- Minimum 6 months of international customer service/ Sales, Upsell, Retention experience.
- Excellent English Communication needed.
- Available in rotational shift and rotational off.
- Ready to work in 24*7 Shift (any 9 hours of working)

Job Types:

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
