Role & responsibilities

  • Excellent English Communication Skills needed.
  • Handling customer complaints also providing them with solutions, upselling, also to retain customers.
  • Ability to take Inbound calls.
  • Minimum 6 months of international customer service/ Sales, Upsell, Retention experience.
  • Excellent English Communication needed.
  • Available in rotational shift and rotational off.
  • Ready to work in 24*7 Shift (any 9 hours of working)
