- Must have 3+ years of experience in ServiceMax.
- In Depth understanding in working of Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Profiles, Roles, and Page Layouts, Email Services & Reports to drive a key business decision.
- Must have experience & technical understanding (data model & processes) on ServiceMax implementation, developing Apex Classes, Triggers, writing Workflows, Approval Process, and process Builder.
- Prefer SERVICEMAX CORE ADMINISTRATOR certification.
- Experience on designing and implementing organization wide Data Management by securing and sharing data access.
- Good Exposure and ability to work on change sets, Data loader.
- Experienced in ServiceMax User Management, Profile configuration, Organization Wide Group Wide Settings.
- Experienced in loading master data like Service Teams, Skills, Associating Expertise.
- Strong experience in customization like Dispatch Console Configuration, DC Field update, SFM Wizards, SFM Transactions, SFM Custom Actions.
- Strong experience in Generating Service Reports and Service Quotes.
- Understanding of best practices for integration and inhouse systems
- Experience in working with AGILE and SCRUM
