# Night Shift

Responsibilities:


  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential projects and clients on various online platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others.
  • Bid Management: Prepare and submit wellcrafted project proposals and bids in a timely manner to secure new business opportunities.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements, negotiate terms, and address any queries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze and monitor competitor bids and strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications:


  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in online bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, or others is an advantage. we need minimum of 1.5 years experience(Male).
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing effectively.
  • Market Awareness: A good understanding of the online job market and the latest trends in online bidding.

Marketing Knowledge:
A background in sales and marketing is a plus.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
