Overview:As the State Academic Lead for Rocket Learning you will spearheadpartnerships with key educational bodies coordinate curriculumdevelopment with subject matter experts and conduct workshops toenhance early childhood education. Leveraging your expertise inearly education and government collaboration youll play a pivotalrole in shaping tailored instructional materials while fosteringrelationships and promoting professional development amongeducators all within a dynamic techdrivenenvironment.
KeyResults

1. RepresentRocket Learning and manage partnerships with academic teams at theState level SCERT Department of Education Partner OrganizationsICDS MWCD etc.
2. Assist thegovernment in charting a roadmap for early childhood education inthe state.
3. Coordinate with SubjectMatter Experts across domains to plan develop and systematicallyschedule the curriculum content and assessments that meet thespecific requirements of your state s context.

KeyActivities

1. Buildstrong relationships with the state and district govt stakeholders.
2. Organize and lead feedback workshops A/B teststo improve the design and development of instructionalmaterials.
3. Coordinate with other Academic StateLeads and teams to draw insights about userlearning acrosscontexts.
4. Conduct training and workshops forteachers and supervisors on various themes under Early ChildhoodCare andEducation.

Requiredskills andbackground

1. Background/Interest in Early Childhood Education and Social EmotionalLearning.
2. Minimum 58 years of work experiencein early education and/or working with govt. in field ofeducation
3. Have a strong understanding of howchildren learn and develop.
4. Have excellentcommunication skills.
5. Capacity and patience inbuilding and nurturing relationships.
6. Be ableto adapt to the demands of a young fastgrowingorganization.
7. Be comfortable working withtechnology.
8. Interest in developing expertise inthe design and development of digital and offline instructionaltools.
9. Be a fluent Hindi and Punjabi speakerreader and writer.
