Description
1. Assign work to production staff and monitor production process, making adjustments as necessary- Monitor product quality and ensure production output meets quality standards
- Identify and resolve production issues, escalating issues to Production Manager as needed
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations
