*Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive product training programs for sales team, distributors, and retailers.

Conduct product training sessions through various mediums such as presentations, workshops, and online platforms.
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia visual aids.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product messaging and positioning strategies.
Keep uptodate with product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Collect feedback from trainees to improve training programs and materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

*Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven work experience as a Product Trainer or similar role in the electronics or home appliances industry.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and training software

Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
