• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development in the field of graphic design.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the graphic design field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design ability across various mediums.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop visual ideas that effectively communicate messages and evoke emotions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition principles.
