    Chief of Staff RevenueOperations & StrategicInitiatives
    Weare seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our executiveteam tasked with driving our revenue operations to new heightsidentifying strategic opportunities for expansion and efficiencyoverseeing new product launches and assisting the CEO with criticalcustomer and partner management and salesstrategies.
    TheChief of Staff will play a pivotal role in Klubs strategic andoperational leadership directly supporting the CEO and workingclosely with the COO to ensure the seamless execution of revenueinitiatives.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    We expect thisrole to be an equal mix of revenue strategy & operations 15and general management 610.
    • RevenueGrowth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies todrive revenue growth working closely with sales marketing andproduct teams to optimise offerings and expand market reach;Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trendsassess the competitive landscape and inform strategic decisionsthat will position Klub for revenue expansion in both existing andnew markets.
    • Revenue PerformanceMetrics & Analysis: Utilize key performanceindicators (KPIs) to drive decisionmaking and strategic adjustmentsfor revenue enhancement.
    • CustomerSuccess & Retention Initiatives: Overseeinitiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention ratesunderstanding that longterm revenue growth is deeply tied to thevalue customers derive from our products andservices.
    • New Product Launch: Spearhead the strategy planning and execution of newproduct launches working closely with product marketing sales andoperations teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption.This involves coordinating launch activities defining marketpositioning and developing gotomarket strategies that align withKlub s growthobjectives.
    • Strategic Customerand Partner Management: Assist the CEO in managingand cultivating relationships with key customers and partnersensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for growthand collaboration. This includes participating in highlevelmeetings negotiating agreements and maintaining open lines ofcommunication for feedback and ongoingsupport.
    • Vision Interpretation& Execution: Serve as the interpreter andimplementer of the CEOs vision ensuring clarity and alignmentacross the organisation; Foster interdepartmental collaboration andmaintain operational continuity towards longterm revenuegoals.
    • Strategic PlanningOversight: Lead the strategic planning processesensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment withorganisational goals.
    • BusinessRhythm Management: Manage and optimise businessrhythms including leadership meetings and governance/updateprocesses ensuring efficient and effective operations aligned withthe CEOs expectations.
    • StrategicAnalysis & Decision Support: Provideinsightful analysis recommendations and options to the CEO on keydecisions and problemsolving efforts enhancing the decisionmakingprocess.
    • Proxy &DecisionMaking: Serve as the CEOs proxy acting as aninformation funnel filter and facilitator. Address issuesproactively represent the CEOs perspective and make informeddecisions in the CEOs absence to maintain momentum andcontinuity.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field; MBAor relevant graduate degree preferred.
    • 715years of experience in consulting and/or key strategic roles atearlystage startups
    • 3 years of exposure in ahighgrowth leadership role with a proven track record in strategicplanning revenue growth and operationalexcellence.
    • Prior experience working directlywith CEOs/CXOs
    • Experience in revenue operationsbusiness development or similar preferably in lendingfintech
