    RentoMojocaters to the needs of working professionals which is unmet due tothe nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furnitureand appliances on a rental basis thus providing more flexibilitythan owning the expensive furniture andappliances.
    Currentlywe have subscribers with a typical rental period of 1214months. The current market size (as per a recentreport by GrantThornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025.
    With1000 people operations the company has a presence in 16 citiesacross India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new marketof leases which never existed for the consumer they have alsobecome market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike thenorm they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of oursis being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthlyPAT since Oct 2021.

Implementeffective strategies for team performance improvement inconsultation with the business managers. Create a career development plan for the Operational Teams spreadacross India. People andInfrastructure ServicesOversee people services across warehouses and manufacturing setupfocusing on employee engagement and safety. Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance the overallemployee experience. Establish servicerepair and insurance systems towards derisking thebusiness. InfrastructureUpkeep and Maintenance: Develop and execute plans for the upkeep and maintenance ofinfrastructure across all WH and manufacturing locations to delivermaximum value to business and enhance employee experience. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders toensure a safe and conducive working environment. Ensuring compliance to the related acts andregulations for the respective infrastructure. Lead the security operations for all thepremises hiring training andmonitoring.     Qualifications:Yourwork till now will be the first qualification that would matter tous. Other than that you should be: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business AdministrationOperations Management or a related field.Proven experience in distributed people operations management witha focus on warehouse and people services with disproportionatefocus on hiring.
