Description
Areas of Responsibility

  • Visit to assigned Stores on daily basis.
  • Identify the opportunity to sell the product while interacting with customers.
  • Clearly understand the customer's requirement and explain the product details (Home Credit Finance (Safe
pay/EMI card/ Telco) option and Techguard Protection policy) to the customer.

  • Convert the interaction into sales number and achieve the Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly / Quarterly Targets.
  • Improve the productivity of the assigned retailers in the given territory.
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly Reports to the DSSM with details like plan of visit, leads generated and daily sales.
  • Daily coordination on call with Stores as per the work requirement
  • Execute sales campaign effectively across all the assigned Stores.
  • Attend the assigned training sessions on regular basis and provide training to Store Team members on Company's
USP, existing/new products and solutions, features, highlights, competitive advantages etc.

  • Handle customer escalations if any and coordinate with cross functional internal teams and resolve them
promptly/timely.

  • Analyze the customer requirements, identify improvement areas, suggest and drive counter strategies to ensure
that the Company always stays one step ahead in the market.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
