Description

At Chromaprint (India) Private Limited, We are looking for a competitive and talented Supervisor to improve production and build up our business activities.

Must have experience of a minimum of
5 years in managing the complete operation of Flexo printing press production, in ensuring that the quality is met and the products are produced within the deadlines, and in coordinating with his subordinates and peers whenever needed.

Responsibilities:

Supervising and monitoring all shopfloor employees & production machines
Responsible for printed product quality, which covers inprocess inspection and final inspection of the product.
Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Flexo printing process and its challenges.
Experience in various problemsolving tools and techniques.
Manpower planning, Compiling production records
Meet the daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ensuring all equipment's are functioning properly
Working closely with Maintenance team, Accountable for maintenance and Calibration of instruments as per laid down procedures.
Ensuring all production machines maintenance is properly done
Working closely with planning team
Ensuring production plans are completed in time
Working closely with Quality team and Maintaining quality service
Identifying and troubleshooting production issues
Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment and Standard Practices are adhered to
Maintains working relationship with committees and representatives by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement
