Sales Executive - Retail Loans

About Us:
Vivan Business Consultants Private Limited is a financial services firm based in Mumbai and Pune,

specializing in arranging retail and corporate loans from Banks and Financial Institutions.

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales:

Identify and target potential retail loan customers in Pune region.
Generate leads through various channels and develop a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our retail loan products.
Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordinate for gather information and documents from clients

Channel Sales:

Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, including financial advisors, real

estate agents and other intermediaries.

Collaborate with channel partners to generate leads and facilitate retail loan transactions.
Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their understanding of our

retail loan offerings.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful deal execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 1 year in direct sales and channel sales, preferably in the retail

loan segment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a dynamic sales environment.
Familiarity with the banking and retail finance industry is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
