    Description
    Responsibilities:
    1. Developand implement effective sales strategies to achieve companyobjectives and sales targets in Bihar and UttarPradesh.
    2. Identify and pursue new businessopportunities in the FMCG market.
    3. Build andmaintain strong relationships with key clients distributors andretailers.
    4. Conduct market research to stayupdated on industry trends competitor activities and consumerpreferences.
    5. Analyze sales data and generateinsightful reports to optimize performance and identify areas forimprovement.
    6. Collaborate with the marketingteam to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drivesales.
    7. Provide training and guidance to thesales team to enhance their skills andproductivity.
    8. Ensure compliance with companypolicies procedures and regulatoryrequirements.

    Requirements:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Sales or a relatedfield.
    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCGsales with a proven track record of achieving salestargets.
    3. Strong sales and negotiation skillswith the ability to persuade and influence otherseffectively.
    4. Indepth knowledge of the FMCGmarket in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh including understanding ofconsumer behavior distribution channels and marketdynamics.
    5. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    6. Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret sales data and make datadrivendecisions.
    7. Resultsoriented and selfmotivatedindividual with a drive to succeed in a competitivemarket.
    8. Ability to work independently as wellas part of ateam.
