Female Construction Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients within the construction industry to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Communicate effectively to explain the company's products or services and address client inquiries.

Lead Generation:


  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
  • Gather relevant information about potential clients, including project details and requirements.

Appointment Setting:


  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
  • Ensure that all scheduled appointments are logged and communicated to the sales team promptly.

Database Management:


  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate database of leads, clients, and communication records.
  • Continuously update and organize client information for efficient followup.

Follow-up and Relationship Building:


  • Conduct followup calls to nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Gather feedback and address concerns to enhance client satisfaction.

Collaboration with Sales Team:


  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and align efforts in achieving sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation and appointment setting activities.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates in the construction sector.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on client interactions.

Reporting:


  • Prepare and submit regular reports on telecalling activities, including the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively convey technical information about construction products and services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its terminology is a plus.

Education:


  • High school Diploma Civil required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be an advantage.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
