Description

• Identify and troubleshoot existing UI & UX problems
• Leverage customer empathy, research, and design principles to support design decisions
• Participates in a robust design culture by championing usercentric design and design thinking
• Focus on timely delivery of flows working with the Lead/Senior Designers, Product Manager, and Engineers
• Navigate through internal dependencies within the design team and some external dependencies on development and product teams (product and dev collab)
• Drive productivity within your own team by ensuring processes are followed
• Responsible for ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence of user interfaces across products
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to understand their constraints and needs for easy execution of the design system
• Ideate, execute, maintain, and update our UI components, interactions, patterns, and version control system for product design
• Work closely with the Design Lead to ensure that your concepts meet our customer's expectations and will deliver the desired results.
• Write detailed documentation to ensure efficient development.
• Deliver designs that support our servicewide User Experience strategy and design system by collaborating with the appropriate UX Leads to drive coherence and continuity.
• A designrelated bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 2 years of experience as a UX or product designer with a software/platform company
• Portfolio of design projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinker, problem solver and customercentered
• Uptodate knowledge of Figma, our primary design tool
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction is a plus
• A willingness to learn, experiment, and leverage data to create a more effective experience.
