We are looking for an
Offline Receptionist to monitor and
do admin, sales & social media work for
Online Music Academy jampd, at Gaur City Mall, Noida/Greater Noida West under
the singer Pranjli.

Looking for somebody who enjoys music.

If you are passionate to be trained and deliver on the skills of operations, project management, sales, social media.

and are extremely consistent, have a thick skin, you inspire others and have a great sense of humour, you have a chance of being the right fit for us.


PURPOSE
You will be directly reporting to your Supervisor with reports of the daily tasks. Through the use of calling you will be managing our customers and leads, and our social media.

MISSION
To keep things running smoothly at jampd, and to be proactive about future challenges

  • Enroll students into jampd
  • Promote, market and nurture leads into becoming clients
  • Maintain KPIs per day, week, and month and scale it upwards
  • Ensure student success by closely monitoring and analyzing students' performance dashboard data to chart the overall progress of the students
  • Managing Music Teachers of jampd
  • Leverage the dashboard's data to share a progress report with students, implement lesson plans with teachers and parents
  • Be open to learning, and improving each day
  • Fierce Advocate of Music

REQUIREMENTS
1. 10pm-6pm daily work Tuesday - Friday, and 10am-7pm on Weekends, Mondays off


  • Preferably Female
  • Enjoy talking to people as this role involves a lot of TALKING
  • Like to solve problems with patience as you will be interacting with Kids, Children and Teenagers
  • Empathize with others and listen actively because parents (our primary customers) want to be heard all the time
  • Take challenges as opportunities to grow because we have immense of both - challenges and opportunities
  • Find multi-tasking fun as you will be managing multiple campaigns for different products
  • Know the art of working with multiple departments and stakeholders to achieve your goals
