Job Description:
- Responsible to deliver a professional, safe and quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Responsible for effective communication with patients, relatives and members of the health care team
- Responsible for patient and family satisfaction
- Accountable to drive Nursing Practices and Service Excellence in line with the mandated quality standards at all times across the following areas:
- Operation Theatres
- Cath Lab & Pre-PACU
- ICU
- Manage and assist Nursing HODs through facilitation, time management and problem solving
- Adhere to all clinical and nursing protocol as per Hospital Policies
- Deliver safe and quality nursing care in conformance with the policies and processes.
- Ensure patient safety at all times according to hospital policies
- Ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality is duly protected at all times.
- Treat patients and their family with courtesy, respect, and caring behaviour.
- Take immediate action to resolve any issues, complaints or distress expressed in any way by the patient or their family with in her limits and escalate to higher level
- Demonstrate clinical skills and knowledge in the delivery of patient care on various nursing procedures
- Conceptualize, roll out and monitor learning and development programs for the nursing professionals in the organization. Assess trainings needs, curriculum design, content development, customization, delivery and evaluate effectiveness of Nursing Trainings
- Evaluate patient feedback on nursing services and take appropriate action to improve the same
- Design departmental policies and procedures. Ensure nursing care is delivered in accordance with the Organizational, Nursing and Infection control policies, procedures and standards of the hospital.
- Ideate, recommend, develop or suggest best policies and procedures, to CNO & CEO; to be finally approved by the Chair
- Supervise and guide the staff for accreditation activities by NABH/ JCI or any other regulatory entities initially and for subsequent reviews
Salary:
₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
