Customer Service Executive and Sales Executive (International Voice Process)

Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Engage in Lead Generation activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
Assess customers' needs and ensure their satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Cultivate enduring relationships and build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, complete, and valid information to customers using appropriate tools and methods.
Achieve personal and team sales targets, while also meeting call handling quotas.
Address customer complaints promptly, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; follow up to ensure successful resolution.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and accurately file related documents.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service by going the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
Minimum of 1 year of International BPO/CSE experience (Freshers with outstanding communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Demonstrated history of exceeding quota expectations.
Proficiency in handling phone contacts and exhibiting active listening skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
Customer-centric orientation and the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
