Potencia Academy LLP, a leading educational institute specializing in providing interactive lectures for engineering, medical entrance exams, and board exams, is currently seeking talented Graphic Designers to join our creative team.

About Potencia Academy LLP:

Potencia Academy offers comprehensive courses delivered by qualified IIT faculties, aimed at helping students succeed in engineering and medical entrance exams, as well as board exams, starting from class IX.

We also provide aptitude classes for competitive exams. Our institute is led by experienced educators who prioritize building strong foundational concepts among our students.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print materials.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and illustrations that align with the brand's visual identity and target audience.
• Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and other promotional materials.
• Produce visually appealing presentations and infographics to support educational content.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Stay uptodate with design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent visual and conceptual skills with the ability to turn ideas into impactful designs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
